ck32 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be suspended and pending transactions withheld. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, ck32 may permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

ck32 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
